Lag on the s9+

I bought an S9+ two weeks before and I think I'm getting some little lags in the transitions and that doesnt feel good in a new expensive tablet is this normal? For example if I want to go to home screen I get a 1 second delay or when I grab the notification bar same 1 second delay. After that it works okay with no lags but on the first swipe its laggy why?
