This little cutie is Kenny, a serial killer dressed like a BDSM fuckboy (⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠)

His design wasn't really inspired by much, just a combination of Leather Face, the killer rabbit, and obvious BDSM attire (purely for fan service 😋)
