Alternative options

Hi all. My fibro has been getting worse and worse recently, and the medication I’ve been prescribed doesn’t seem to be helping much anymore. I’m looking into alternative medicine (acupuncture, Chinese medicine etc) and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations?
