Issue with NAC X

I haven't seen anyone else with my "issue" if we can call it that...

But I have NAC X and I love what I'm seeing, BUT even if I have them enabled, I never get any pleasant weathers unless I load them manually. Everything looks bleak all the time. It looks good, but I would also like to get the pleasant weathers such as clear sky.

Any thoughts? I tried having only the pleasant ones enabled and even then, unless I load them, they won't happen.
