Afraid to move away from cardio

But I am feeling really called to incorporate more strength. I’ve lost 95+ pounds and need to lose 45/50 more pounds.

Right now I’m doing 45 minutes of cardio 5x/week.

My biggest challenge with adding strength training/weight lifting is the only “equipment” I have is a set of 4 pound dumbbells and some resistance bands. lol.

Saving up for some free weights, a bench etc. I live rurally so the gym isn’t a real option for me.

Main goals are building my legs and glutes.

Any advice? Routine suggestions?
