Verification issues long time Etsy account

I've been selling on Etsy over 10 years but back in 2022 they said they needed info to verify our business with the state but couldn't tell me which of the 3-4 different state numbers they needed. I was finally able to get help from r/etsy and someone told me which South Carolina business number they needed...I was able to upload the documents but my account still have the red banner because after 3 years they still haven't actually checked them.

I woke up this morning with a warning today that I have 2 days to verify our identification or we'll get put in vacation mode...here's the issue:

They want a government issued ID but the prompt is asking for an ID with the business name and business address, which is obviously impossible. I've checked my profile and everything is in order with the owner's name and home address (my dad) and the business name and address where it should be.

I'm going to upload my dad's ID when he gets in but I'm concerned that it won't match since the prompt specifically says that it "should confirm the details you provided" an then says the legal name of the business and the business address...which obviously won't match.

I'm hoping they either don't bother looking at the ID or they look enough to check that it does match the account...but I'm obviously concerned.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I see in the "suspension FAQ" that sometimes it just recommended to use an SS and ID to get around this but I'm concerned that it's "less legal" than doing it the right way with the actual correct business info.
