[New Player] Does bosses fight AI PMC?

Just as the title I am wondering if they fight each others? I am running factory now but seems like tagilla will come to me whenever I starts shooting.

Edit 1: how do I fight him? I am level 24 now. Trying to finish some factory task and every time got killed by him in factory. 3 scav max and he arrived.
