My latest project: LaunchToThrive.com - FREE Business and Legal Resources for Startups and Entrepreneurs!
A law firm hired me to develop a website which provides FREE business and legal resources for startups and entrepreneurs. It launched today! And to be completely transparent, I made this post for 2 reasons:
To showcase my latest client project and gather feedback
To share an invaluable resource with this particular sub
Thrive is a central source for startups and entrepreneurs that provides business advice, helpful articles, and free legal resources in both English and Spanish, with easy-to-access links and downloads of documents such as bylaws, articles of organization and incorporation, trademark assignment and license forms, nondisclosure and employment agreements, and much more.
The law firm that hired me to develop this website employs over 400 attorneys who specialize in the practice areas of labor and employment, business transactions, intellectual property, and many more! Their intent of this website is to provide free resources for entrepreneurs who might be uninformed, confused, or strapped for cash to hire legal assistance for their startup company. They intend to provide these free resources in hopes that your company grows, expands and eventually returns to hire the firm for legal counsel when necessary.
As a fellow entrepreneur working in web development, I was very quick to accept this project knowing that I would be contributing and helping the entrepreneur community. I learned a lot of useful info just from loading the content on the site! I think it will be very beneficial to this subreddit.
You've noticed that I haven't mentioned the law firm and I don't plan to. I'm not trying to market for them, I just genuinely want to share the resource and get your feedback. If you happen to really want or need more info, shoot me a PM and I can put you in touch with a lawyer.
