Active Campaign vs Amazon SES

Active Campaign seems to be the best performing consent-based software, or at least was for us. Lately though, deliverability has been lacking and open/click rates have dropped.

Any benefits on moving to Amazon SES? Would getting dedicated IPs there bring an improvement?

For context, we're in ecomm and currently sending only 1M emails per month, but are preparing to greatly increase the number this year.
