Going from PC to console is jarring

Been playing on PC since release and have just recently played a few games on console. Wow, the drop in framerate is really jarring and it took a couple of games for my eyes to adjust. Why on earth is this game still 60fps on console? I'd have expected 120fps by now.

People on PC are getting 3x that, surely that's a huge advantage when it comes to crossplay?
