wtf is the point

Trying to get my get my rivals rewards done so I can get the mode mastery Tolkiens but the servers are so fucking trash it’s beyond a joke, what is the point in setting tasks and challenges like trying to get the mode mastery players if you can’t provide the means to get them? Were it not for the fucking god awful gameplay I would comfortably beat 90% of the people I play against but the game doesn’t let you achieve this
