Anyone bought an Airwrap on eBay from a Japanese seller, for use in the US?

On the US ebay website, I see a lot of Japanese sellers selling the Japanese version of the Airwrap for $420-430 USD (vs retail price of $600). Does anyone have any knowledge on whether these are same products? Will voltage difference cause issues? Thanks!!
