Compensation Incoming? Incorrect Banner Units in News.

Seems that this has largely gone unnoticed, but in the NEWS article for the new banner, RED LL A17/A18 are featured in the advertised line-up - however the banner itself actually features BLU LL Trunks.

This might seem like a bit of a 'whatever' issue - but in the past, when Dokkan had similar issues with misrepresenting which characters featured on the banner, the players were actually FULLY REFUNDED with all of the currency spent.

Irrespective of any subjective opinions on the characters, this can be construed as misleading or 'misselling' the featured contents of a Gacha banner. I'm not hot on the laws in Japan surrounding this, but it seems like it could warrant compensation to impacted players.

If you've spent thousands of CC on this banner and feel that you've been affected by this, I urge you to send an inquiry over to Bandai here:

"Hi,

I'm writing with concerns of being misled regarding the featured character contents of the current summon event 'Hope passed on to the future'.

The featured item within the 'News' section has erronerous information regarding the summonable featured characters.

In the news article, it states that the character LL Android 17/Android 18 (DBL 46-01S) will be a featured character.

However, they do not appear in the Z-Power list for the banner, instead replaced by Super Saiyan Trunks (DBL 41-02S).

I find this to be incredibly misleading as the presence of certain premium characters in a summon line up can be an important part of the decision making process when spending premium currency in a gacha type game.

I am unsure on the specifics of gacha laws in Japan, but I am sure that falsely advertising one character and offering another is likely in contravention of some stipulation and requirement of the operator (DB Legends in this case).

I have played other Bandai Namco games (Dokkan Battle) that have had similar issues, where the characters advertised/offered were not accurately presented, and the production team actually refunded all currency used - I hope that this will be a consideration as you investigate this issue."
