How to get the promotion items ?

Hi everyone been playing for a few hours at notice I only have the dragon armor at my inventory and not the others. I don’t know if I remember right but I think you could get the rest at the camo vendor right the Dwarf just can’t be sure. I’ve already checked and have all the dlc installed got a tons of them. I’m looking for a promotional bow for my archer. Thanks in advance been a while since I played dao.
