How do i unlock the black emporium ?

Hi anyone know the requirements to unlock the black emporium just finish the warden siege and still nothing comes up at the lighthouse. Hope i did not miss it wanna track down some gear pieces there. Thanks in advance hope everyone is enjoying the game as much as i am.
