Warden’s law not dropping?

Hey, maybe I’m just super unlucky, but had anyone else gotten the new Warden’s Law nightfall handcannpn? I’ve run 4 master nightfalls and I haven’t gotten a single one. Just curious if I’m just super unlucky or if it’s soemthing with the game.
