Curtain advice, please!

We just painted our entire open-concept downstairs Sherwin-Williams Greek Villa. We also have white cabinets and a “crazy” looking granite countertop (countertop has grey and black).

We’ve lived here for 4 1/2 years and I’ve never had curtains in the kitchen, but this window definitely needs something. What style of curtain should I get? And what would be the best color?
