Trying to check status of change of address where my vehicle is registered. Keep getting error that I'm not logged in. [CA]

After I put my plate number in to check the status I get the error "Either you have not logged in or your session has expired. Please choose from the options below." I tried in Chrome, Incognito Chrome, and Edge and still get the error. I am definitely logged in.
