Is this crystal? (second photo)

I have had this rock that I found in my backyard long ago. It wasn’t until recently I started considering that it may be crystal. Not sure, so I wrapped it in newspaper and hit it with a hammer hoping some would crack off. This is the result. Is this crystal?
