At a loss on how to feed everyone

I cook for six people several times a week and I’m struggling to figure out meals to satisfy everyone.

Person 1 - won’t eat red sauce except in very specific circumstances. Doesn’t like ketchup or cooked carrots. Doesn’t like macaroni and cheese. Won’t eat beef tacos. Doesn’t like jelly/jam. Doesn’t like cheesesteaks. Doesn’t like bbq sauce.

Person 2 - doesn’t like ketchup, mayo, or any kind of mustard besides yellow. Is also trying to avoid very spicy foods. Doesn’t eat tomato.

Person 3 - doesn’t care for beef except for tacos, Mississippi roast, and burgers. Doesn’t eat seafood. Doesn’t care for soups, pork, sausage, meatballs, or steak but will eat them on occasion. Doesn’t eat leftovers except very specific ones on occasion. Becomes food averse if foods are repeated too often. Can’t have eggs unless they are an ingredient. Doesn’t like bone in chicken.

Person 4 - doesn’t eat seafood or very spicy foods. Doesn’t like mustard. Only eats mayo in small amounts.

Person 5 - doesn’t eat seafood or spicy foods. Can’t eat very crunchy foods.

Person 6 - doesn’t eat spicy foods and also can’t eat very crunchy foods. Doesn’t enjoy many vegetables.

Things I make semi regularly - sautéed chicken breasts, chicken cutlets, chili, burgers, tacos, macaroni and cheese, pasta with meatballs and jarred sauces (red and Alfredo), Mississippi roast, baked ziti, fried pork chops.

These were all “safe” foods but the repetition is getting tiring and person 3 is becoming averse to some of them.

I’m not the best cook but I can follow a recipe. I have limited mobility and can only stand for short periods of time. Please help me with dinner ideas!
