Job Leads?
I know there are a lot more important things happening right now, but I happen to find myself job hunting again after 10 years at the same company, and HOLY CANNOLI I forgot how much of a headache this process is. Wanted to exhaust all my options and see if anyone in the community has any ideas?
I don't really like remote work, but hybrid would be fine. Looking for something that's not a call center, not on the phones all day. I like working in the hospital setting but I'm not married to it.
I have a lot of non-clinical hospital experience. For the last 10 years I've been doing Medicaid eligibility at 2 of the big three major hospitals. I also have a lot of random other weird experience; I taught English overseas, was a receptionist, lab technician, and a ton of other random retail and customer service stuff. I think it makes me an interesting person, but employers seem to want more focus than my resume provides.
Does anyone know of any openings? Ideas for where to look? Amusing anecdotes from a job or employer that you actually like? I've seen other people do this, so I just wanted to take a shot in the dark here.
