Does anyone workout on this?

So I’m what you would consider an amateur bio hacker (basically someone trying to achieve optimal health).

And I know obviously the first thing people would say is that it’s an oxymoron to have the two together. But trust me it’s not.

I’ve set up a system where if I want to do a hit, I’ll tell myself I to do 10 pull ups and hold the last rep until MAX PAIN, then I’ll hit that bitch and the ringer lasts like 30 minutes.
