Buying motorcycle

Hey guys and gals. Looking for a bike to ride for the summer while my wife and I save up cash for another car. Would like to spend less than 3500. Anything that runs and isn’t a scooter. I’d like a rear seat if possible. Preferably 600 cc or higher. Prefer belts and driveshaft. Cruiser or bobber. Trying to buy this weekend. I must have a clean title.
