Book through Chase or Marriott?

I'm a chase sapphire reserve card holder and a Marriott Bonvoy member. If I'm booking a Ritz Carlton hotel, should I book through the Chase portal or through the Marriott website? I don't travel enough to earn any high status with Marriott. Cost of the stay is going to be about $7k.
