What items do you stock up on in case of an emergency?

I've been building my emergency supply stash for a few months now in the event I'm limited to shelf stable foods only for an extended period of time (long enough for the fridge and freezer food to spoil). I freeze a lot of my full gluten free meals, either by leftovers or store bought - so I'd love some ideas from you about shelf stable gluten free items to best meet nutritional needs without dumping a load of cash on MREs
