Cash App stole thousands

I haven’t used the app in 2 yrs. Never used it much.
My dad sent me $2,000 to my Cash App account. I bought bitcoin to send it to another wallet, but it said it was not eligible. I cashed the bitcoin back out, but it would not let me. I typed my social several times and then it said I am locked out. The last 11 days I have tried to communicate with Cash App over 300 times via live chat, phone, email. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever witnessed. I believe an employee is involved in. That is why I’m not hearing back from anyone. Apparently a hacker changed the legal name to their bizarre name and even though all of the other information is fine they won’t let me sell my bitcoin and cash it out And nobody lifts a finger to help me. I am so frustrated. I had to file complaints with the FTC, AG & BBB and hope somebody can reach an executive over there. I am a 17-year-old female and feel like they are stalking my app. Now they have control over thousands of dollars and they refuse to message me and tell me what to do. Can anyone help? It’s been 11 days now and I need my money.
