C-z P10C sights compatibility

I'm a major noob when it comes to guns other than simple gun safety (Planning on taking classes I promise). I just recently bought my first gun(P-10c) after a decent amount of good reviews and recommendations and was wondering if the sights from the regular P-10 fit the c? When I'm looking at websites it mostly just shows sights for the regular P-10 and I just don't wanna waste my money on sights that don't fit.
