Trying to understand my rap sheet. Posted here. What are my odds?
Hello everyone thank you for taking the time to read this. Just wanted to share my record as I finally received it from the DOJ. It shows my younger self at 19 years old (20 years ago) getting arrested and ticketed for reckless driving/speeding above 100mph in the same stop.
I believe it says 2 misdemeanors or 1. Not sure. As you can also see at the bottom I had no problem acquiring a liquor license and own 2 clubs. I was denied my first time for a ccw was this ticket the main reason? Is it possible the big shooting that happened in Sacramento clubs 2 years ago could have effected. Just wanted to know.
Last week driving to the bank for my weekend deposit a van pulled next to me at the light and 2 guys tried to open my door. I freaked out and ran the red light. I was on my way to make the deposits from the weekend which was about 28k. Unfortunately truck pickups like brinks etc don't do small businesses like me. I'm not a big corporation.
