How are you feeling today?
Good evening UK,
The world is a bit crazy right now and I just wanted to ask how you are feeling and maybe help putting things into perspective. Please use the signs of safety model and I’ll comment my thoughts.

I’ll start!
I am feeling reasonably positive at the moment. Work life balance is improving, I am due to pick up a new hobby (wood working) and I’m due a parcel from home country that includes delicious snacks of various sorts. Family healthy, enough funds to put a little money away each month.
Tax return is due in January, could have done it sooner but defiantly procrastinating. I need to do a balance transfer before time runs out (procrastinating). My sleep isn’t great but is improving with strict bed time routines and laying off caffeine. I’m gaining weight but lacking motivation to get into a routine that will help weight loss. I remain quite irritable and impatient with the kids. I also spend far too much time on the computer, thus feeling unmotivated.
I need to actively work on loosing weight and reduce procrastination which seems to be a reoccurring problem. I need to file my tax return before January. I am hopeful that my newly found hobby will help learn new skills and practice patience which I do not currently possess.
