Can I take old antibiotics? (F21)

I have a feeling I may have a UTI, I cannot afford to go to the doctor because I do not have insurance and well life is expensive these days. I have some old Clindamycin from (2021) given to me because of a spider bite. Would it be alright to take this ? I only have 5 pills left and I was going to take them once a day along with AZOS. I am a caucasian, female, age 21, 5’3, 190 pounds and muscular build (I don’t know how much that information is hopeful, but it was in the requirements to make the post)😅
