How can you reduce the chromatic aberration in photos?

I'm currently on a budget set up (Canon rebel t7 with the kit 75-300mm zoom lens). Are there any ways to reduce or remove chromatic aberration from completely ruining my photos or is it simply a lens issue? If it's a lens issue, I'd also appreciate any recommendations on accordable zoom/telephoto lenses for astrophotography. Thanks :)
