315 AP running in LOW POWER MODE

Hooked it up to a Cisto 3560 CG however looks like it is running in lower power mode.. only AF and not AT POE I guess since it is an older switch....

Any recommendations on Injectors as I can't get a DC power supply to the location of the AP.
