Doorbell G4 offline all the time

I’m on my second doorbell now, and it’s just completely useless. The first one was offline all the time and after weeks of back and forth with the customer service team, they sent out a replacement. Now the replacement has come and it’s doing the exact same thing (the WiFi connect for the chime and doorbell is very strong)! I wonder if anyone else has had this issue?
