Lost so much aura in the info session

It was my first info session and I didnt really know the rules or standards. I guess theres a rule about not asking too much at once. In the chat in one message I typed three questions. It was something like "Hi Im ____ from _____. Here are my questions: 1)....... 2)...........3).............

They ignored it and every other question got answered </3 I didnt know I wasnt supposed to do a few at once. I thought it would be more efficient because then I wouldn't be putting a new question in the chat every few minutes.

Its pretty embarrassing, I wish they told me beforehand. Maybe they didnt and I didnt hear? That would be really bad.

For context this was an info session for University of Rochester.
