Looking for some essential tips to leave diamond behind!

I‘m playing Ana as kinda OTP most of the time and I really wanna get masters! (Dia 2 rn)

Have all of you guys (especially those of you in masters and above) any essential tips that made you get out of the metal ranks? I‘d appreciate any tip. Apart from that I‘s be interested if and how you guys warm up before comp? Any consistent schedules you follow through or any workshops you do on a daily basis for a certain amount of time etc.?
