Please help me I’m afraid I have vaginismus

Ok so I’m a 20F. I did it at 16 for the first time and it wasn’t very long and hurt a a ton. To be fair, he did absolutely no foreplay and even said I was rlly dry as I was nervous. The second time I tried I was 17 and again not turned on at all, not foreplay got it in a bit and it hurt so we quit, he was a virgin too so he didn’t know what he was doing. Tried again a while ago but it hurt so so bad this time and I could barley get it in, I felt it go in at one point but couldn’t thrust or anything. The other times hurt but we could at least move. To be fair he was big and again, not turned on and we did foreplay but honestly I found him ugly so I think that was that. Does this sounds like a medical thing or just a lack of arousal? Please help? I’ve also been fingered by guys and it hurt kinda once but to be fair he jammed it in NO PREP. The other time his nails were too long, a little uncomfortable but ok. I can finger and use tampons on myself.
