So.. a healthy 2025

I know this sub is fairly well divided into groups, so I'm speaking to my avoidant overweight+ ARFID folk, or ones who once were..!

We all know no matter what categories we fall into, that dieting or weight gaining tips simply don't apply to us because of arfid. No I cannot and will not substitute my bacon for a vegan one! I can't just cut out red meat! ..etc.

But man i hate my weight. I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I know there's the whole deficit thing but creating a routine already is so mentally exhausting that adding a bunch of exercise means I burn out in four days and never try it again

Or they say the best diet change for long term results is a lifestyle change not a temporary diet. But honestly, where do I even start? Smaller portions and just be miserable? (I get so hangry lol) what works for you guys?
