Amd software settings on old pc

I have a ryzen 5 3500u with integrated graphics (vega 8), my laptop is 6 years old, enough time to say that it isn't powerful as it should be anymore (add the fact that i used to run overkill not compatible shaders on some games). I have a 60hz monitor that seems to be freesync.

I noticed that if i active radeon chill i cannot active radeon anti-lag, so i was wondering if i should active amd chill (and which min and max fps i should use, i want at min 60 fps, but i don't know the right values to lower input lag/ stuttering) or use FRTC set on 60-65 fps (and add anti-lag or not) or just leave my awful laptop as it is. Also should freesync be on or off with any of these settings.
